The effect of this video was to remind me of what once was my daily yoga practice,my body responded with physical memory of the movements - and again the centred peace and energy flow that comes from performing them well. I appreciated Teti's excellence in these asanas. More than once I appreciated the videographer not-interfering, witnessing and serenely appreciating Teti.
